Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with marketing activities, answering customer queries, and processing sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with social media management, website updates, and e-newsletter creation.
    • Book and coordinate exhibition appearances.
  • Sales Support
    • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
    • Generate new quotes and process sales orders using our CRM system.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Experience
    • Basic numerical and written literacy with at least a C in GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
    • Preferably 1+ years' experience in a B2B Sales, Customer Service, Marketing Administration, or similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Office-based role with a dynamic and supportive team.
