B2B Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Coordinator to join our team at Resource Recruitment. As a B2B Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 20+ customer accounts, including Aerospace, Marine, and Military companies
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and purchasing, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders
- Provide relevant information and support to customers, including order status, lead times, costs, and deliveries
- Attend and organize exhibitions and events to promote the company's products and services
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
- Good organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
- Excellent eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Good use of Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel
