We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Global. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes' financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, manage cash allocation, and reconcile transactions to bank statements.
  • Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure timely payment and information exchange.
  • Administer purchasing and supplier payments, manage petty cash, and replenish supplies.
  • Process employee-related information and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide clerical support to the Home Manager, including letter writing and local management reporting.
