Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Asset Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners by carrying out various administrative tasks, obtaining valuations and product details, and liaising with product providers and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, including processing new business, withdrawals, and fund switches.
  2. Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis and decision-making.
  3. Liaise with product providers, third parties, and clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of queries.
  4. Manage and maintain compliant files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  1. Understanding of the Financial Planning process and experience within the industry.
  2. Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  3. Prioritize and plan your own workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  4. Detailed and accurate, with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Fully competent in desktop applications, including Xplan.
What We Offer

Fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, with 37 hours per week and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. On-site parking available.
