Asset Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Asset Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners by carrying out various administrative tasks, obtaining valuations and product details, and liaising with product providers and third parties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, including processing new business, withdrawals, and fund switches.
- Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis and decision-making.
- Liaise with product providers, third parties, and clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of queries.
- Manage and maintain compliant files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role.
- Understanding of the Financial Planning process and experience within the industry.
- Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Prioritize and plan your own workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Detailed and accurate, with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fully competent in desktop applications, including Xplan.
Fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, with 37 hours per week and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. On-site parking available.
