**Join Our Team as a Production Administrator**

In this position, you will be supporting our Production Manager to ensure a smooth operation of daily administrative and production tasks.

**Monday to Friday **NO WEEKENDS** 10 a.m - 2 p.m**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing inventory lifecycle on Sage 200, including booking goods into the stock system and despatching goods
- Assisting the movement of return stock within the building & communicating with Customer Services to ensure a speedy turnaround of repairs
- Assisting with the organisation of stock adjustment requests between the warehouse and production team.
- Reviewing timesheets for accuracy
- Other duties as required

**Experience required**:

- Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with colleagues across the business
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills
- Organised, accurate with attention to detail
- A proficient user of MS Office Experience of Sage 200 (Desirable)
