Stores Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Stores Administrator to join our team at Holt Engineering in Poole. This role offers a 4-day working week with flexible start and finish times, allowing for a great work-life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales orders, creating dispatch/shipping notes, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be required to close job cards on the system and receive parts to stock when manufacturing is complete. Additionally, they will be involved in stock takes and discrepancy investigations, as well as picking stock for sales and kits for the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a stock controller or managing stock, strong Microsoft knowledge, and the ability to use CRM's. Proven administration experience within manufacturing/production is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating sales orders

Requirements:
