Subsea7 is seeking a SAP S4 Equipment Management - Change Management Specialist to become part of our dynamic team.

We are initiating a transformative journey with our S/4HANA program, aimed at replacing our existing ECC system with SAP S4 Hana, alongside significant business process enhancements across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Asset Management.

To further enrich our Asset Management capabilities, we are integrating additional projects into our transformation timeline:

  • Equipment and Tools Management (ETM): A third-party SaaS solution that will be designed, tested, and implemented on top of SAP S4 in collaboration with our System Integrator partner. This system will be rolled out globally, facilitating the management and tracking of our equipment across various operational sites.
  • Material Codification: An AI-enabled SaaS tool, also to be developed in partnership with our System Integrator, aimed at creating a comprehensive material codification catalog and assisting in the codification of future entries into S4.

The Change Management Specialist will collaborate closely with the existing Change Management Lead for the transformation initiative, ensuring effective delivery of change activities related to the core program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Transformation Change Lead and the Change Management team from the System Integrator to develop change management deliverables for the ETM and Codification projects.
  • Ensure alignment with established change management strategies, policies, and procedures that support the S4-related business transformations.
  • Work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to comprehend business processes and customize change management initiatives accordingly.
  • Facilitate change readiness activities to prepare end-users and key stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to adopt the ETM and Codification solutions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, resistance points, and necessary actions to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Assist in creating and implementing effective communication strategies and materials to share project updates, milestones, and changes with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the management of training for end-users, collaborating with third parties for material development as needed.
  • Monitor and address resistance to change, fostering a supportive change environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users, project teams, and management throughout the change process.

Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Change Manager or in a similar capacity, leading business change initiatives related to SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing a System Integrator partner.
  • Understanding of SAP applications, modules, and their influence on business processes.
  • Strong skills in business influencing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, forward-thinking, and collaborative.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
