Join Our Team as an SAP S4 Change Management Specialist

Subsea7 is seeking a talented SAP S4 Change Management Specialist to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in our ongoing S/4HANA transformation initiative, which aims to transition from the existing ECC system to SAP S4 Hana, alongside necessary business process modifications in Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Asset Management.

As part of this transformation, we are integrating additional Asset Management components into our project timeline. Two key initiatives have been authorized to run concurrently with the transformation:
  • Equipment and Tools Management (ETM): A third-party SaaS solution that will be designed, tested, and implemented on top of SAP S4 in collaboration with our System Integrator partner. This tool will be utilized globally to oversee and track our equipment across various locations.
  • Material Codification: Another third-party AI-driven SaaS tool that will be developed, tested, and deployed alongside SAP S4, aiding in the creation of a material codification catalog and assisting in the standardization of future entries.
The Change Management Specialist will work closely with the existing Change Management Lead to ensure effective delivery of change initiatives for both the ETM and Codification projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Change Lead and the Change Management team from the System Integrator to develop change management deliverables for the ETM and Codification projects.
  • Ensure alignment with established change management strategies, policies, and procedures supporting the S4-related business transformations.
  • Engage with project teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to comprehend business processes and customize change management initiatives accordingly.
  • Facilitate change readiness activities to prepare end-users and stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt the new solutions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance, proposing necessary actions to ensure successful adoption.
  • Assist in crafting and executing effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed about project updates and changes.
  • Support training initiatives for end-users, collaborating with third parties for material development as needed.
  • Monitor and address resistance to change, fostering a constructive change environment.
  • Provide guidance to business users and project teams throughout the change process.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Change Manager or in a comparable role, leading change initiatives related to SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience working with and managing a System Integrator partner.
  • Knowledge of SAP applications and their influence on business processes.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.
  • Able to work within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
