Subsea7 is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to become part of our HR Resource Centre (HRC) team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive HR administrative support for our personnel and assisting various business functions globally.
The ideal candidate will engage in a range of administrative responsibilities that bolster the HR Team. A successful applicant should demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to diverse tasks, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee data within SAP HR.
- Draft and distribute employment contracts and official correspondence.
- Organize and maintain electronic records of employee and contractor documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll data.
- Generate and analyze reports using SAP HR.
- Take minutes during team meetings.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including generating reports and correspondence.
- Facilitate HR orientation sessions for new hires.
- Communicate effectively with employees and collaborate with the broader HR Team.
- Conduct basic numerical calculations as necessary.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks to support the HR team as needed.

- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR management systems is advantageous.

- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in approach.
- Previous experience in an HR setting is preferred but not mandatory.
