**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Operational Resources Manager, the Crewing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe deployment of personnel for our offshore projects. Through comprehensive planning, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will directly impact the successful execution of projects, contributing to the overall operational excellence and client satisfaction of our organization.

**Main Responsibilities**

Crew deployment & logistics
- Coordinate crew deployment for offshore projects, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and necessary documentation for crew members.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure crew compliance with industry regulations.
- Liaise with crew members, Project Managers, vessel operators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular updates to relevant teams regarding crew schedules, availability, and changes.

Project support & planning
- Work closely with Project Managers to understand crew requirements for upcoming projects.
- Plan crew rotations, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to work-hour regulations.
- Facilitate communication between crew and project teams to address any scheduling issues.

Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew databases, including certifications and qualifications.
- Manage crew documentation, contracts, and personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in crew management and deployment.
- Prepare reports and management information as required to inform decisions & provide insights for continuous improvement

Training
- Working closely with the Operational Resources Manager to book FTE’s on Offshore courses including Bosiet, GWO, OGUK Medical & any other mandatory training as defined by the business through Rovco’s recognised suppliers.

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a Crewing or Personnel role within the Offshore sector
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Crew Management Software
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work to timelines
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast paced environment
- Understanding of crewing requirements and Offshore Project dynamics

**Desirable**:

- Relevant certifications in Crew Management, Logistics or Project Management
