Dron & Dickson are pleased to advertise this fantastic opportunity for a People & Payroll Administrator to join our People & Development team in Westhill.

**Position**:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive all round people & payroll administrative and transactional support to a wide variety of People & Development activities.

**Objective**: The primary objective of this role is to to be responsible for administering all areas of the employee life cycle for both onshore and offshore employees and to support colleagues in the wider People & Payroll team.

**Core Alignment Responsibilities:
- Understand and support the company's mission, vision and values
- Responsibility of personal learning, development and KPI completion
- Promote and proactively adhere to the companies core values in all day-to-day activities and interactions.
- Support and contribute to the annual People & Development improvement plan

**Role Responsibilities:
**People & Onboarding**
- Assist People & Talent Acquisition Coordinators with the preparation, issuing and recording of new start and re-instatement documentation & onboarding
- Assist with the administration of all contractual amendments ensuring that all information issued is accurate and recorded accordingly.
- Issue all People & Development related communication and correspondence through the HR Management System
- Accurately process and administer leavers of the company including contractual and payroll documentation, holiday accruals etc.
- Electronically file and maintain accurate and complete employee & contractor records
- Compile & issue monthly P&D report for the Board of Directors and Management Team
- Participation in Audits & Tender submissions.
- Support the review and improvements of all People & Talent Acquisition processes and systems.
- Support People & Development projects and initiatives.
- Custodian and administration of the HR Management System ensuring the system is fully operational and functioning to it’s maximum capability.
- Undertaking annual employee data protection review process and action accordingly.
- Support annual performance appriasal and personal development programme process
- Provide general administrative support within the People & Development department where required.
- Monitor and submit Offshore payroll to Finance department

**Recruitment
- Support the Talent Acquisition Coordinators with Office & Technical recruitment campaigns as required to meet the organisation's resource requirements whilst ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Right to Work checks on all new starts.
- Provide administration & support for Recruitment Projects & Planning.
- To provide cover for duties undertaken in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

**Payroll & Employee Benefits**
- Set up and maintain information held in Sage payroll such as setting up new starts, changes to personnel details, departmental analysis changes, tax code notice changes
- Collate monthly payroll additions and changes in line with finance processes - this includes overtime, salary & role changes, changes to contracted hours, sick pay, maternity pay, other deductions etc
- Calculate day and overtime rates as per salary & contracted hours
- Collate employee cash sales infor
