The UK & Global IRM division is tasked with delivering a comprehensive range of fully integrated SURF and IRM solutions for projects. Our expertise spans from short-term initiatives to major EPCI projects, encompassing early engagement, DSV, pipelay, bundles, and pioneering energy projects (field electrification, floating wind, CCS, and hydrogen) alongside decarbonisation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Supply Chain Management team, responsible for:
- Sourcing competitive proposals from suppliers for materials, rentals, and services that adhere to specifications, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
- Negotiating and finalising agreements with suppliers to secure the most advantageous contract terms.
- Leveraging lessons learned to ensure SCM activities align with best practices, aiming to mitigate risks while promoting the Company’s core values.
- Ensuring adherence to all Supply Chain policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
- Cultivating relationships with suppliers, including conducting site visits.
Desired Experience:

- Experience in a procurement or buyer role is preferred, though candidates with related commercial experience are also welcome.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft applications is essential; familiarity with SAP and SAP Ariba is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business analysis and planning.
- Proven capability to effectively evaluate, organise, and prioritise workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English across various stakeholder levels.
- Confident networking abilities with a strong capacity to negotiate and influence.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
