Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial department in tender preparation, including budget proposals and subcontractor/supplier proposals.
  • Prepare detailed tender price estimates and maintain clarification registers for tenders.
  • Collate commercial and contractual deliverables for client tender submissions.
  • Draft and negotiate Call Offs to established contracts.
  • Maintain commercial databases and lead the handover process between Commercial and Operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to the operations team on commercial issues and identify efficiencies to increase margin.
  • Ensure accuracy of project invoicing and work with Supply Chain to evaluate supplier management and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Several years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience operating in global jurisdictions.
  • Educated to degree level, preferably with a business-related degree.
