Our Aberdeenshire based client are recruiting for a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis.
- Roles and responsibilities included but not limited to:_

Providing first tier supervision, support and guidance to Subcontracts Specialists and Graduates including peer review of internal and external contract documentation

Advising project and tender teams on sourcing and procurement strategies

Developing comprehensive RFQ/ITT documents

Undertaking commercial/contractual evaluations

Negotiating, drafting and executing contractual agreements

Ensuring compliance with internal subcontracting policies, processes and procedures

Engaging with internal stakeholders and promoting cross department engagement

Maintain strong relationships with current and potential Suppliers
- Qualifications:_

Degree qualification in Law, Business or Quantity Surveying

Relevant experience gained in a subsea/oil and gas contract/subcontract environment

Experience of Supplier Performance Management, LOGIC contracting principles and ERP Systems

Effective team player, with strong mentoring skills and the ability to support and develop the team

Ability to confidently negotiate contractual/commercial terms

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
