We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

The Quality Assurance Specialist role is responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities within designated renewable energy project segments, ensuring compliance with project contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and internal quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assess all quality-related activities and performance within assigned project segments.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of project quality management, assurance, and control strategies.
  • Implement the project quality plan effectively.
  • Review quality-related documentation pertaining to client contracts, internal processes, and supply chain outputs.
  • Provide quality guidance and support to project teams.
  • Engage with clients regarding quality issues and deliverables.
  • Adopt a Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) approach to quality management within the assigned project segments.
  • Manage non-conformance issues, conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and compile reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance in supplier and subcontractor evaluations, management, and service delivery across a diverse supply chain.
  • Collaborate with engineering authorities to ensure compliance with quality standards and deliverables.
  • Manage quality control across onshore and offshore operations.
  • Support the development of quality control strategies, resource forecasting, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the execution of the audit program within the assigned project segments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge and application of quality principles in project and operational contexts.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Desirable experience in supervising and mentoring quality personnel.
  • Thorough understanding of quality standards, including ISO series.
  • Proven track record in incident investigation and reporting using root cause analysis techniques.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or oil and gas sectors is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with contractual frameworks and technical standards relevant to EPCI projects.
  • Ability to present and engage in discussions at senior management levels.
  • Qualified and experienced lead auditor.
