Job Overview

We are pleased to announce a remarkable opportunity to join the Central Validation team within the Performance and Planning department. This role is pivotal in aiding Divisions with the validation of Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways and ensuring data quality aligns with established national and local benchmarks.

As the RTT Validator, you will take charge of the proactive oversight, monitoring, and validation of clinical pathways. Your efforts will support operational teams in enhancing the precision of patient waiting time data, upholding performance standards, appropriately escalating potential breaches of waiting targets, and guaranteeing timely treatment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position include:

  • Investigating and validating clinical pathways to ensure accurate reporting of patient waiting times.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to maintain and improve the quality of patient care.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of staff to ensure accurate recording of RTT patient data within Trust administration systems.
  • Aiming to enhance data quality and support operational teams in tracking and expediting patient care pathways.

The successful candidate may have the flexibility to work from home, on-site, or adopt a hybrid working model based on the specific tasks assigned.
