Patient Care Validation Manager

Job Overview
An exceptional opportunity has emerged to join the Central Validation team within the Performance and Planning department, aimed at assisting various divisions with the verification of Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways and ensuring data quality in alignment with established national and local benchmarks.
The RTT Validator position entails the proactive oversight, monitoring, and validation of clinical pathways. This role supports operational teams in enhancing the precision of patient waiting time information, maintaining performance standards, appropriately escalating potential breaches of waiting targets, and ensuring timely treatment for patients.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of this role include:
- Investigating and validating clinical pathways to ensure accurate reporting of patient waiting times.
- Collaborating with operational teams to support the Trust in maintaining performance and enhancing patient care.
- Liaising closely with a diverse range of staff to guarantee that RTT patient data is accurately recorded in Trust administration systems, with the goal of improving data quality.
- Assisting operational teams in tracking and expediting patients throughout their care journey.
The post-holder may be required to work from home full-time, on-site full-time, or adopt a hybrid working model based on the assigned responsibilities.
