We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our senior management team to drive the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritization and Workload Management: Prioritize workload to ensure the efficient delivery of important and urgent tasks.
  • Capacity and Demand Planning: Support the senior management team in undertaking capacity and demand exercises to inform service planning and delivery.

Person Specification
  • Essential Experience: Existing operational role with exposure to RTT pathways.
  • Desirable Experience: Leadership of orthopaedic settings.
  • Essential Skills: Ability to demonstrate delivery of complex services under pressure, recent working experience in an acute service across the NHS or similar.
