About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement efficient project plans to drive business improvements across multiple teams and organizations.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish and prioritize improvement programs, ensuring successful project delivery.
  3. Operational Excellence: Enhance operational performance by partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Leadership: Lead and manage improvement projects and programs, driving cultural change and embedding best practices throughout the organization.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain of heavy items, including furniture and large home appliances. We are a diverse team of professionals from operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and program management, working together to drive growth and excellence in our business.

Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in communicating with and influencing stakeholders, including senior management.
  3. Project Management: Relevant experience in managing large-scale programs or projects.
  4. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Advanced Education: An advanced or master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Project Management Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other relevant project management certification.
  3. Supply Chain Experience: Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
  4. Operational Improvement: Experience in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements.
