**Job Summary**

Hi-Spirits is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our UK office, as well as driving business growth and improvement through strategic project management.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Office management: Oversee the facilities and operations assistant to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the UK office, including business rates and utilities.

• Project management: Lead projects to bring new brands to the UK & Ireland market, working closely with brand managers, sales teams, supply chain, and global production.

• Compliance: Ensure the business remains compliant with local laws and regulations, and pays all taxes and levies, such as packaging waste, DRS, and business insurance.

• Product compliance: Collaborate with our US compliance team, brand managers, and 3rd parties to ensure our existing and new products meet all required regulations.

• IT maintenance and development: Align our operations with our parent company (Sazerac) and ensure seamless IT systems.

• High level of technical capability

• Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen with a strong ability to analyze and draw insights from data to drive business efficiencies.

• Willingness to learn, proactive, positive can-do attitude, and desire to own decisions.
