The RTT Validator position entails the proactive oversight, monitoring, and validation of clinical pathways. This role supports operational teams in enhancing the precision of patient waiting time information, maintaining performance benchmarks, appropriately escalating potential breaches of waiting targets, and ensuring timely treatment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Investigating and validating clinical pathways to ensure accurate reporting of patient waiting times.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to support the Trust in maintaining performance and enhancing patient care.
  • Liaising with a diverse range of staff to ensure accurate recording of RTT patient data within Trust administration systems, aimed at improving data quality.
  • Assisting operational teams in tracking and expediting patients throughout their care journey.

The successful candidate may have the flexibility to work from home, on-site, or adopt a hybrid approach depending on the assigned tasks.
