Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Pathway Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical pathways.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective clinical pathways
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our department's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a clinical pathway or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
