- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a clinical coordination or navigation role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems, preferably with experience in Cerner.
