About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pathway Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their hospital care journey, providing a single named point of contact to coordinate their care.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that all administrative functions for patients from referral to discharge are coordinated in line with specific care pathway instructions. This will involve working closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate the smooth running of patients' journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care journeys from referral to discharge
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage administrative functions to support patient care
  • Provide excellent customer care skills to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • AMSPAR/NVQ in administration
  • Previous medical secretary experience and working knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
