Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Pathway Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes for patients' clinical pathways, ensuring smooth and timely management of patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative processes for patients' clinical pathways, ensuring timely and efficient management of patient care.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient demographics and contact information on Cerner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient navigation services.
  • Manage and prioritize workload, working to deadlines and ensuring high-quality administrative support.
  • Collaborate with other teams and staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
