Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to manage complex patient pathways
- Collaborate with navigators, clinical pathway administrators, and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage appointments, investigations, and patient accommodations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, medical and nursing teams, and external agencies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with trust objectives
- GCSE level or equivalent in English and Math
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proficient in the use of databases and medical terminology
- Previous experience working with the public and/or patients in a healthcare environment
- Ability to use databases and awareness of national and trust pathway targets
