About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pathway Manager to join our team at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. As a Clinical Pathway Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical services across our hospitals and community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address clinical variations and inefficiencies
  • Design and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
