About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pathway Manager to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical pathways to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain clinical pathways to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical pathways and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on clinical pathways and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in clinical pathway management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
