Role: Sales Account Manager
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: £28-32k + Commission

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and managing client relationships. This position requires a blend of office and remote work, with 2 days spent at the Head Office and 2-3 days engaging with clients on-site or from home.
Account Management (40% of Role)- Enhance revenue streams and identify new business prospects within current customer accounts.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to expand business opportunities and effectively manage accounts.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments from an established customer base through calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Monitor and report on activities to the line manager, ensuring relevant management information is provided.
- Participate in B2B sales meetings.
- Upsell and expand existing customer accounts.
- Meet and exceed various KPIs and sales objectives.
- Perform standard account management administrative tasks.
Comprehensive onboarding and product training will be provided, along with:
- Opportunities for rapid advancement and potential leadership roles within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of commercial experience.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in IT, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in direct sales.
- A basic understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
- Exceptional business writing, time management, influencing, customer service, reporting, and analytical skills.
- A full, clean driving license.
- A flexible approach to work.
