We are in search of a dedicated individual to become a category authority in Electrical Beauty & Skin Care, ensuring product availability, educating retail staff, and driving sales while delivering exceptional in-store execution. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational and communication skills to help us achieve these goals and maximize opportunities.

As a representative of our client, you will cultivate strong relationships with store personnel. This role focuses on providing solutions through effective communication. Your negotiation and category development skills will be essential in increasing sales and ensuring a positive return on investment within your designated territory. A solid understanding of the grocery and retail sectors, along with category management experience, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Development Manager:

  • Enhancing product availability and visibility through process implementation and compliance.
  • Executing the field sales strategy for the Electrical & Skin Care categories effectively in your assigned stores.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the Electrical & Skin Care categories and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Analyzing sales performance and developing tailored action plans.
  • Providing insights into the Electrical & Skin Care categories within retail environments.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team meetings to review progress and maintain regular communication with colleagues. This role is primarily field-based, requiring you to spend significant time fostering relationships with retail outlets. A high degree of autonomy is expected, so self-motivation and excellent organizational skills are essential.

Joining Field Sales Solutions will provide exposure to major players in the FMCG sector and offers the chance to be recognized for your dedication and expertise.

Qualifications for the Sales Development Manager Role:

  • Previous experience in field sales within the grocery or retail sector.
  • A strong passion for sales and the brand portfolio.
  • Proven business development and sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
  • Strategic thinking ability while achieving immediate business objectives.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a track record of delivering results.
  • Valid UK Driver's License.
