Team Focus: Electrical & Skin Care Categories

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Compensation: Competitive salary of £27,300 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

Ideal Location: OX1 (OXFORD)

Territory Coverage: Various postal codes

We are in search of a dedicated professional to become an expert in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care categories. Your role will involve ensuring product availability, educating retail staff, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding in-store execution. We seek someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills to help us achieve these goals and maximize in-store opportunities.

As a representative of our client, you will cultivate strong relationships with store personnel. This position emphasizes solution-oriented approaches, achieved through effective communication within retail environments. Your skills in negotiation and category management will contribute to increased sales and a positive return on investment within your designated territory. A solid understanding of the grocery and high-street retail sectors, along with category management experience, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance product availability and visibility by ensuring compliance with established processes. Drive in-store excellence by executing the field sales strategy for the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care categories. Serve as the primary contact for these categories in your assigned stores, building effective relationships with key decision-makers. Analyze sales performance and develop tailored action plans. Provide insights into the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care categories within retail environments.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you will participate in monthly team meetings to review progress and maintain regular communication with colleagues. This role is primarily field-based, requiring you to spend significant time fostering relationships with retail outlets. A high degree of autonomy is expected, necessitating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in field sales within the Grocery or High Street sectors. A passion for sales and familiarity with the brand portfolio. Proven business development and sales skills. Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning abilities. Strategic thinking capability while meeting immediate business objectives. Demonstrated initiative and a track record of delivering results. Valid UK Driver's License.
