Job Description

D33P Search Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth in the Defence and Semiconductor markets. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering products and services to these sectors across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Defence and Semiconductor markets.
  • Utilize your expertise to sell engineering equipment or tooling to key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including C-suite level individuals.
  • Track and report on revenue, budgets, pipeline, and other key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and initiate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales position, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • 3+ years of experience selling directly into the Defence or Semiconductor markets.
  • Ability to define and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience with reporting on revenue, budgets, pipeline, and other key performance indicators.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
