Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and sales teams.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to sell Electrical Beauty and Skin Care products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles, with a focus on the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care category.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Full UK driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
