About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at The Workshop. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own diary, organizing and booking appointments to visit the premises of our existing or potential new trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with trade customers, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow sales.
  • Provide product training and support to trade customers, including educating them on the use and functionality of our online ordering portal.
  • Negotiate trade discounts and support with showroom design and sales samples.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to build relationships with potential new trade customers and promote our products.
  • Travel internationally to attend global trade shows and visit factories and offices.
Requirements
  • Experience in home furnishings or a related industry.
  • Excellent product training and induction skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with a mixed variety of backgrounds.
