About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at MIW Group Ltd - Make it Work. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Oxfordshire area, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the Oxfordshire area, providing proactive and strategic account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing revenue from existing clients and expanding their portfolios.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client information within our CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate culture and hierarchy, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Previous experience in delivering presentations and coordinating high-level client meetings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, across a wide range of audiences.
