Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable office space.

Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled waste management reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and electronic.

Office Coordination
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Manage office equipment maintenance and service contracts.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Financial Administration
- After creating work orders, you will then need to process the jobs for invoicing.

Human Resources Support
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Communication
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a contact list.

Qualifications:

- Experience working within the waste sector is highly desirable.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit for long periods.
- May require lifting and carrying office supplies and equipment.

Working Conditions:

- Standard office environment.
- Full-time or part time position available, Monday through Friday.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
