Seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to deliver high-quality office support services to senior management level.

Main Duties:
  1. Coordinate and manage the Contract Office, ensuring efficient administration and record-keeping.
  2. Provide close daily support to the Senior Management Team, maintaining new and existing business administration procedures.
  3. Utilise data from contract staff lists to produce monthly and ad-hoc staff-related statistics and reports.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and credible communicator with good judgment and a high degree of initiative, integrity, and discretion. They should possess excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Salary: £23,433 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week in Fareham, Hampshire.
