Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at V3 Recruitment Careers. This full-time position is responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and managing various tasks with high efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
  • Coordinate with surveyors to allocate work and manage their workload
  • Order materials and maintain inventory
  • Compose and send emails to clients and stakeholders
  • Update company CRM and client portal
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with excellent IT skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Good attention to detail

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time permanent position, working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum.

Please note that due to the rural location, candidates must have their own transport.
