Key Responsibilities

As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating events, conferences, and meetings, including planning, organization, and execution.
  • Managing travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for senior managers and visitors.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
