We are seeking an Office Administrator - Financial Services to join our team, providing exceptional client service and supporting the senior management and financial advisers in delivering outstanding results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and has a strong interest in the financial services sector.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment, with advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high levels of aftercare to existing clients;
- Supporting the advisers with information requests as required;
- Organizing and managing campaigns throughout the year to ensure relevant allowances are used;
- Assisting with top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals;
- Managing the client annual review process;
- Sending quarterly valuation reports to all clients;
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update client information into the CRM system;
- Generate reports to monitor company performance;
- Develop CRM processes to improve general efficiency;
- Utilize mail merges to contact clients for any unused allowances and annual review reminders;
Requirements
- A degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment to a high standard;
- Very good written communication skills;
- Engaging and professional telephone manner;
- Time management and the ability to multitask;
- A systematic and methodical approach to tasks;
- IT literacy (advanced knowledge of Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software);
- A hardworking and positive attitude;
- A good team player;
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
