Property Administrator Finance Position

We require a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Property Administrator Finance position. This role involves the accurate processing of rental and service charge payments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer query resolution, reconciliation, and finance administration tasks.
  • Supporting property surveyors by handling insurance, ad hoc costs, and legal and professional fees.
  • Providing clear and concise analysis on accounting data to internal teams, landlords, and letting agents.
Required Qualifications:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum salary range, depending on experience.

Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of accounts processes and double entry.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
