Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Barclay Meade in Southampton. This fixed-term position involves providing administrative support for the payments team, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cash management tasks across multiple bank accounts, becoming familiar with banking and payment processes including billing and cash collection.
  • Investigate and clear any reconciliation items within the payments process promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven computer literacy skills; training on internal systems, controls, and procedures will be provided.
  • Ability to write business correspondence and handle routine emails, enquiries, and telephone calls.
  • Understand agreements associated with real estate and private equity, including LPA, debt documentation, sale and purchase agreements, and leases.

Additional Information

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
