About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Part Time Corporate Support Officer to join our team in Fareham. As a key member of the corporate support team, you will provide administrative support services to ensure efficient and effective business operations within the National Probation Service Division.

This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for producing documents and reports using computer-based systems, maintaining and contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative systems, processes, and workflows.

The salary for this position is approximately £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Ministry of Justice offers a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of documents and reports using computer-based systems
  • Maintenance of and contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative systems, processes, and workflows
  • Supporting the provision of business-specific and transactional office-based activities across the regional NPS Division
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide administrative support services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • RSA III (gained or working towards) or equivalent qualification such as CLAIT Advanced
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
