Part Time Office Administrator

P Fitzsimmons Ltd is a large franchise of Dyno rod, covering South and North West London.
We are looking to recruit a part time job share Administrator for our local office in Fareham.
You will be working in busy environment with organising customer call-outs, liaising with British Gas, Commercial and Domestic customers and using our CRM, plus accounts support and other general office duties. You should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel.
The role will also include:
- Forming a good working relationship with office staff and Drainage Technicians
- Working within a team
- Being ambassador to Dyno Rod and ensuring all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
- Retaining our NPS score through British gas.
- Keeping good relationships with Dyno Rod & our contract partners.
- Keeping accurate records on our CRM system
- Dispatching jobs and ensuring the engineers are allocated to the work stream in productive way and meeting the SLA for the customer.
- Provide support to the Drainage Technicians.
an Ideal would be Wednesday & Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm (5 hours per day)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday afternoons from 2:30pm-6pm
Sat 8am-4pm (as required, paid as overtime)

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
