We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The role involves various administrative tasks, including scanning documents, preparing paperwork, and ensuring accuracy and organisation in documentation processes. This position offers flexible working hours and is perfect for someone seeking part-time and/or short term employment. **£12 p/h + - Fareham - part time/flexi hours.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scan and store documents accurately.
- Prepare and organise paperwork for various projects.
- Maintain meticulous records and filing systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, ISOs and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with engineering companies or technical environments is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Basic understanding of engineering terminology and processes would be beneficial.
