Due to the nature of daily tasks and dealing with Bluechip cruise operators, experience of working in a professional office environment in essential.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with a 60 minute lunch break on each day.
- You will serve as a part of the team that deals with customers queries about products, orders and deliveries
- You will need to be goal-oriented and have a good knowledge of customer service, it is not a phone based job, more process
- Good organizational skills and enjoy being part of a process team
**Responsibilities**
- Process purchase orders
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with other departments to ensure delivery to customer schedule
- Ensure customer service enquiries are responded to within set timeframe
- Complete all relevant paperwork to be sent with deliveries in a timely manner
- Create invoices from our stock system
- Maintain sales inbox, answer phones and maintain filing system
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator
- High attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular), Training will be given in our system
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner when required
