**In a nutshell**:
As we continue to grow our network and expand our team across the south of the UK. With hubs already in Hampshire, East Sussex and Thames Valley, we are looking to further our reach and continue to deliver great service and innovative projects to our growing client base.
This role provides a great opportunity to gain a valued experience, whilst being able to have a significant impact on multiple projects, and to also work in a variety of environments which will give you a fantastic view of how the M&E industry operates.

The role will be part-time and we will be flexible between 16- 20 hours initially per week, we are happy to discuss hours and days on when these hours are covered during interview stage.

**Day to day**:
This role provides the opportunity to be part of something that will last for generations. You will be part of a team that helps design and consult on multiple projects across our business. From residential care villages, to hotels and ground breaking innovative client projects, you will be involved throughout the process.

This will often include the following activities.
- Collating the new mobile app work record sheets (WRS) and filing.
- Listing the remedials clearly itemised on these (WRS).
- Scheduling the client maintenance visits.
- Confirming with subcontractors their maintenance visits to our clients.
- Confirming with clients these visits.
- Registering gas safe appliances.
- Sending out tool box talks to the Engineers.
- Assisting when required, in the daily operating running of the department.
