Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Additional Duties:

  • Prepare and send invoices, ensuring timely payment.
  • Assist with payroll processing and liaison with the Finance Director and Accountants.
  • Manage banking, including cheque and payment processing.
  • Create reports as requested, providing valuable insights to the business.
  • Resolve financial issues with clients and suppliers, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Oversee petty cash and staff credit cards, ensuring accurate and secure management.
  • Ensure all orders are logged and processed, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Make payments and manage direct debits, maintaining a smooth financial workflow.
  • Provide administrative support, including office organization and maintenance.
  • Generate licenses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in finance and credit control.

- Proficiency in Sage Line 50.

- Strong office administration skills.

- Methodical and organized work ethic.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Basic understanding of IT systems.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
