Service Administrator

As a Service Administrator at Hi-Tech Property Services, you will be responsible for delivering administrative assistance to both our office and field operations. Your key tasks will include:
- Answer all incoming calls to the business/helpdesk and action accordingly.
- Assisting in office procedures and functions.
- Dealing with customer enquiries,
- Raising quotation requests
- Raising supplier/subcontractor invoices.
- Updating jobs on the inhouse system where required.
- Experience of answering and dealing with phone calls within a very fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
- Attention to detail and works accurately.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will work 20 -25 hours per week and be paid £12,000 - £15,500 per annum. D.O.E.
Your hours of work to be agreed upon acceptance and you will work as part of the service delivery team at our offices in Fareham.

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£15,500.00 per year
