Service Administrator

As a Service Administrator you will provide administrative support and administer the office and field functions including purchase orders, contracts, compliance and office operations. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
Your key tasks will include:
- Main point of contact for all Subcontractor jobs. Chasing job updates, booking jobs with customers, keeping customers up to date with job updates.
- Updating the system with job progression and completion data for jobs.
- Managing all department PPM works. Planning these jobs with the client and dealing with compliance certificates.
- Generating purchase orders and PPM contracts.
- Answer overflow incoming calls to the business/helpdesk and action accordingly.
- Assisting in office procedures and functions.
- Generating client invoices up to the value of 1k.
- Experience with working within a fast paced office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong drive to accomplish tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
- Attention to detail and works accurately.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Your salary will be £25,000 - £26,000 per annum. D.O.E.
Your hours of work will be 8am - 5pm and you will work as part of the service delivery team at our offices in Fareham.
